For non-custom products or an item that is not cut to your requested size, simply contact us within 30 days of order placement to obtain a return approval on unused, resalable material. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned to us pre-paid freight.

Cut-to-size products are not eligible for a return or refund.

We offer standard ground delivery on all orders. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us. The weight and sizes of your order will affect the number of available options.

We aim to process and ship cut-to-size orders received by 11am EST during the next business day. Orders requiring fabrication (polishing, corners, drill holes) require an additional two days. If your order is received during the weekend or on a holiday, we will review it on the following business day.

We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. If you receive an order confirmation after providing any of these shipping address types, a full refund will be issued to you.

Estimated transit times for ground couriered parcels are 3-5 business days. These transit times are subject to change based on inclement weather or order complexity. Residential addresses may receive weekend delivery at no extra charge.

Larger parcels might require an extra day or two delivery time. It is important to accurately select residential or business address delivery. For larger packages shipped by LTL carriers, your order will be delivered to your front door or garage. Drivers will not enter your premises, perform setup or remove any packaging.

At this time, we do not ship outside the Lower 48 States and Canada.

Yes, shipping charges apply to all orders. For packages that meet FedEx requirements, standard FedEx rates will apply. Larger packages require special handling and are delivered by one of our contracted LTL carriers. Canadian customers are subject to customs brokerage and GST upon order arrival. All delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
