PETG falls between acrylic and polycarbonate as far as impact resistance, with higher impact resistance than acrylic, but lower resistance than polycarbonate. It also meets FDA requirements for food contact and is available in several gauges. Primarily used indoors, it can also be printed or painted for graphics applications.
