Cast Nylon vs Extruded Nylon

Cast Nylon offers lower moisture absorption resulting in higher dimensional stability, coupled with the crystalline structure, you get a good balance of strength and toughness.
Extruded Nylon is a model replacement for metal, with versatility, toughness, wear-resistance, and excellent temperature and impact properties. Unlike cast nylon, the absorption of moisture adversely affects its dimensional stability.
