Food Processing Equipment Plastic Materials

UHMW is tough and durable. Its applications range from food warehouse floors to equipment, including conveyor belts, impact plates, and sealing elements. UHMW can perform outstandingly in metallurgically poor environments or high in fluids, fluids containing food products, or acidic fluids.

HDPE-made cutting boards help to protect the knives. The cut-resistant surface provides a firm barrier that will help you avoid blunting your blades or getting whipped cream in your eye when you're trying to slice a cake.

Polypropylene is suited to various uses in the food sector because of its low friction properties, its ability not to tarnish or discolor, and its overall high mechanical strength. This means that it holds up over time and doesn't break down the way other plastics might do to jeopardize its usability.

Corrugated plastic is 100 % recyclable, and that's because they are made out of Polypropylene Plastic. Corrugated plastic offers a great alternative to corrugated board boxes. These lightweight alternatives go through a much easier production process, and food packaging and shipping are made much easier.

Acrylics is an environmentally friendly material with low sensitivity to heat, impact resistance, and high transparency. This makes it very attractive for many products, including kitchen backsplashes and tabletops, amongst others.
